Shipping policy

1. Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Standard delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on your country.

2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. All orders include a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

3. Shipping Delays & Disruptions

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier issues, customs processing, or seasonal volume spikes. These factors are beyond our control and may affect estimated delivery times.

4. Customs Duties & Import Fees

All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers. Depending on your country, you may be subject to import duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@trendiqo.com. Include a clear description and photo(s) of the issue. Items must be kept in original packaging. We may request return shipment for inspection.

6. Undeliverable Orders

All packages are shipped with tracked delivery. If the courier is unable to deliver the package, it will be held for redelivery or returned to us. You may be responsible for redelivery fees if no contact is made within the courier’s holding period.

7. Missing Orders or Tracking Issues

If your tracking has not been updated within 7 business days of shipment, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and resolve this promptly.
