Refund policy

At Trendiqo, we aim to deliver high-quality products and a safe shopping experience. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations under UK law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window)

Customers located in the EU/UK have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original, sealed packaging
  • In resellable condition with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items (Due to Hygiene Regulations)

Certain categories are non-refundable unless defective:

  • Opened cosmetics, creams, or skincare products
  • Intimate wear or clothing that contacts bare skin
  • Items with hygiene seals that have been broken
  • Personalized or custom-made items

These exceptions comply with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@trendiqo.com with photos if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is faulty or malfunctioning
  • You received the wrong item

We will assess your case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

4. Return Instructions

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@trendiqo.com
  • Wait for return approval and instructions
  • Ship the item to:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is incorrect or defective. In such cases, we may provide a prepaid shipping label.

6. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing time by your bank/payment provider may vary.

If 15+ business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For other cases, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.
